What: Norman Rockwell: Sports - Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory is honored to announce the debut of a travelling exhibition entitled "Norman Rockwell: Sports." This special show will feature original sports-themed artwork by Norman Rockwell, the beloved illustrator best known for his iconic Saturday Evening Post covers. "Norman Rockwell: Sports" is organized by the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

What plant life was native to this area when the Indians were here? What did the settlers introduce? What purposes the plants and herbs were used for medicinal purposes and which for food? What plants were to be avoided? The Locust Grove Afternoon Lecture Series is held the first Wednesday of each month.

What: Rite of Spring - The Louisville Ballet closes the season with Adam Hougland's powerful interpretation of Rite of Spring and the Company Premiere of The Kingdom of Shades from La Bayadere. Set to Igor Stravinsky's groundbreaking and challenging score, Hougland creates an intriguing 21st-century view of a group grappling with the stark realities that surround them. La Bayadere, a rarely performed work by Marius Petipa, recounts the tragic love story of Solor and Nikiya, an Indian temple dancer (a bayadere). In this third act - The Kingdom of Shades - Solor dreams of being reunited with his beloved Nikiya after she dies from a poisonous snake bite. Lush patterns created by the corps de ballet will envelop and transport you to this faraway land.

What: a unique twist to an old classic--our second annual Underwater Easter Egg Hunt! The whistle will blow every thirty minutes to allow... a different age group in the water for the hunt. There will also be various activities that will be set up around the deck. The Easter Bunny will even be there to take pictures, so don’t forget your camera.

The film includes perspectives from fans, writers, executives and baseball greats, including Kevin Youkilis, Hank Greenberg, Al Rosen, Yogi Berra and a rare interview with legendary Hall of Fame pitcher Sandy Koufax.
