    What: Fun Fitness
    This is a great way to teach kids how to stay healthy, develop self confidence, learn body awareness and develop a life-long love of being active. It will also help children develop social skills while interacting with others. Must pre-register. For ages 6-10.

  • Where: Bernheim Forest
    What: Forest Fitness at Bernheim
    Join fitness instructor Amy May for this six-week program series that combines two popular classes into one great outdoor workout. The first 45 minutes of classes will include a boot camp-style workout, designed to burn fat and sculpt muscle using body weight, resistance bands, and hand weights. Classes will conclude with a relaxing yoga routine to help lengthen just-worked muscles and prevent soreness. Participants are encouraged, but not required, to bring their own mats. Class size is limited.
    When: Every Tuesday June 4 - July 9, 8 PM
    Fee: $60 Bernheim members; $75 non-members. Registration and payment is due prior to the first attended class. Students can join this series any time prior to the second class. Program fees are not pro-rated for late joiners. No refunds are offered beyond the completion of the first attended class.
